Without Maintenance, your site runs on outdated plugins — on average 3 critical vulnerabilities per quarter.

Backup history
Your 30-day snapshots are deleted 14 days after the Contract ends. Recovery is no longer possible after that.

Hotline support
You can still reach us — but at the standard hourly rate of €85. With a Maintenance Contract, the first hours are included.

Existing-customer terms
You lose your 10% discount on new projects and your priority access to capacity in Q1/Q2.
