For standard packages, we stick to the listed prices — that keeps things fair for everyone. For Enterprise projects, we put together a custom fixed-price quote after a scoping workshop.
Setup packages may incur hosting and API costs from external services (e.g. OpenAI, voice providers). We pass these through transparently 1:1 — or you manage them yourself. Monthly packages include everything.
We start with a pilot. If it doesn't meet the defined KPIs, we talk openly about adjustments or refunds. We earn our living from happy customers, not hidden clauses.
