FAQ

What you should know.

The standard is a 12-month minimum term. After that, you can cancel month-to-month with 3 months' notice. From month 24 onward, you automatically get a 10% loyalty discount. Pro and Enterprise customers can opt into a longer commitment (24/36 months) in exchange for additional benefits.
On the Basic plan, we respond the next business day. On the Business plan, we are reachable by phone Mon–Fri 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. From the Pro plan onward, the 24/7 hotline with a defined Service Level applies — you reach an engineer at night and on weekends too.
Content edits (new pages, images, copy), small design tweaks, plugin configuration, M365 setups, workflow adjustments. Anything beyond that is billed transparently — or you upgrade the plan.
We host exclusively in the EU — Frankfurt preferred (Hetzner, Cloudflare, AWS Frankfurt depending on the use case). Data processing is governed by a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR. On-premise is also possible on request.
For extended interruptions (e.g. seasonal operations, renovations) we can switch the contract into a reduced "standby" mode for up to 3 months a year — backups and monitoring keep running, support response times are scaled down to 50%, and the cost is reduced accordingly.
We usually handle the migration free of charge when you book a Business plan or higher. Our takeover audit reviews hosting, backups, security, performance and updates — and you get a clear status report within 2 weeks.
