Data Deletion Request

Use this form to exercise your right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR. We process your request within the statutory deadline (usually 1 month, Art. 12 (3) GDPR).

Important: To protect your data, we may verify the identity of the requesting person (Art. 12 (6) GDPR) — we may ask you for suitable proof.

Certain data is subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. § 257 HGB, § 147 AO — up to 10 years for invoice and contract data). Such data can only be erased after the retention period expires; until then, its processing is restricted.
